All orders received before midday Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after, at weekends or on public holidays will be sent the next working day.
For international orders any additional customs charges incurred during your shipment are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Autograph, you must pay duties upon arrival of your order.
In the event of international orders being returned back to us due to refusal to pay customs charges, the charges incurred to Autograph will be deducted from your refund amount.
Orders that exceed the nominal shipping volume may incur additional shipping charges.
