Autograph has a 14 days return policy. All goods must be returned with the order number stated.

 

Autograph is not responsible for the management and expenses of return shipments and the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. This includes domestic orders which qualified for free delivery.

 

International returns must state "Return no commercial value" on the box. Any fees incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund.

 

Important information:

- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 - Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.

- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

- Shoes should be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox, as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoebox inside another solid carton box in order to avoid damage to the original packaging.

- We cannot accepts returns of earrings for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
